Ms. Roulston-Doty co-founded GIS Associates in 2000. Her current responsibilities include company and project management, and she is the technical manager for the training and software application development programs. She has 20 years of intensive GIS experience with the Esri suite of products and 15 years as an Esri-Authorized Instructor. Prior to starting GIS Associates, she spent 6 years as a GIS Analyst and Project Manager with GeoFocus. She has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in GIS from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Rich Doty
Vice-President – Sales Contact
Mr. Doty co-founded GIS Associates in 2000. His current responsibilities include company and account management, business development, and he is the technical manager for the water resources program. He has 20 years of intensive GIS experience with the Esri suite of products, and 18 years managing GIS projects and personnel. Prior to starting GIS Associates, he spent 6 years as a GIS Analyst and GIS Business Unit Manager with GeoFocus. He holds a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in GIS, and a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Resource Economics, both from the University of Florida.

Jason Teisinger
Project Manager
Mr. Teisinger joined GIS Associates in 2003. His current responsibilities include account and project management, business development, and serving as the technical manager for the population forecasting and environmental modeling programs. He has 12 years of intensive GIS experience with the Esri suite of products. Prior to joining GIS Associates, he served as a research associate in the University of Florida’s GeoPlan Center. He holds a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in GIS, and a Dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Botany and Microbiology and Cell Science, both from the University of Florida.

Carlos Fortich
Senior Analyst / Programmer
Mr. Fortich joined GIS Associates in 2005. His current responsibilities include project management and serving as a senior technical lead. He has 20 years of intensive GIS experience with the Esri suite of products. Prior to joining GIS Associates, he held similar positions at the St. Johns River Water Management District, the City of Daytona Beach, HDR and CDM. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed the coursework for the Masters Program in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in GIS, both from the University of Florida.

Marjorie Roulston
Analyst / IT Administrator – Administrative/Accounting Contact
Ms. Roulston joined GIS Associates in 2002. Her current responsibilities include serving as a GIS Analyst, IT administration, and office administration. She has 8 years of GIS experience with the Esri suite of products, and 10 years of experience coordinating the deployment of software and hardware to end users on projects of varying sizes. Prior to joining GIS Associates, she held technical analyst positions with Arthur Andersen and the SABRE Group. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Masters Degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as completing the GIS Certificate Program from the University of Florida.

Nicholas Beltramelli
GIS Analyst
Mr. Beltramelli joined GIS Associates in 2010. His current responsibilities include serving as a GIS Analyst supporting clients both on and off-site. He has 6 years of intensive GIS experience with the Esri suite of products. Prior to joining GIS Associates, he held the position of GIS Coordinator at Ft. Irwin, CA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Elmhurst College.
